We focus on fast growing technology businesses with current revenue between A$1M to A$20M, that typically provide mission critical solutions to specific industry verticals, and are seeking capital of between A$500K to A$5M to scale up.

We are principal investors, which means we invest with our own funds, and are not bound by external investor requirements that PE and VC funds typically have. We can invest without extensive protection and control clauses often required by PE and VC funds. Our investment time frame can also be much longer, e.g. 10 years+, as we have no liquidity pressures that typical funds do.

We believe in supporting founders and are generally passive investors who can be called upon for advice. Occasionally we do take board seats where we see a good fit for our directors to provide specific skill sets to help the investee companies scale up. We also have an extensive business network that could be called upon to assist investee companies in various ways.

Because we have first hand experience in building a multi-billion dollar technology business, therefore we truely understand what it takes to build a great technology business. We are keen to share our experiences with our investee companies, to help them become the next unicorn.
